Cancellation Policy

This Policy governs all reservations made for the use of pickleball, darts, and golf bays (“Facilities”) at Volli. By making a reservation for any of the Facilities, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined herein.

Reservation Cancellation:

1. Cancellation Period: Individual reservations for the Facilities may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time without incurring any cancellation fees. Group events must be canceled at least one week prior to the scheduled event date.

2. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a reservation, the reserving party must notify Volli by phone at (360) 386-9852 or by email at info@vollimarysville.com, providing sufficient details to identify the reservation in question.

3. Late Cancellation: Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time will result in forfeiture of any fees paid for the reservation. No refunds or credits will be issued for late cancellations.

Exceptions:

1. Emergency Situations: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, Volli reserves the right to waive the cancellation policy at its discretion. Documentation or evidence may be required to support such requests.

Policy Modification:

Volli reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
